Overview
The redesigned Dealerware Web Dashboard makes it easier to view a snapshot of your fleet and track the location of vehicles by status.
The Dashboard is split into three views: Table View, Map View, and KPIs View. Each view has enhanced features to help you focus on specific information and achieve daily objectives.
The Table View is the Dashboard’s default view. To change views, select the tabs at the top-left section of the Dashboard.
KPIs, Service Advisor Performance metrics, and Off-Lot Detection are coming to the new Dashboard soon. In the meantime, you can access these features on the standard Dashboard.
To switch between the standard and new Dashboard at any time, select the Dashboard options at the top-right section of the Dashboard.
Explore the Table View
The new table design provides an aggregate of vehicle data. Quickly switch between the Available Vehicles and Vehicles on Contract tables by selecting the preferred view from the top-left section of the table.
Customize and Download Table Data
Enhanced filtering lets you sort the table by column and value to drill into specific data points, while search functionality makes it easy to find information. Search, filter, or download by following the steps below:
- Enter data into the search bar to locate specific information
- Select Filter to filter the table by specific columns, filters, and values
- Select Column to add or remove columns from the table
- Select Download to save the table data as a CSV file
View the Available Vehicles Table
The Available Vehicles view shows you all vehicles that are not currently assigned to a contract. Actionable data such as the total of days a vehicle has not been assigned to a contract helps you prioritize vehicles and increase utilization.
View the Vehicles on Contract Table
The Vehicles on Contract view shows you all vehicles that are currently assigned to a contract, along with vehicle and customer details, and associated repair orders. The Days on Contract data helps you prioritize repair orders and manage Length-of-Contract metrics.
Explore the Map View
The new Dashboard Fleet Map helps you quickly track vehicles that are enabled with Dealerware’s Connected Car Services.
View Vehicle Totals and Filter the Fleet Map
View the total number of vehicles by status at the top-left part of the map, and select any of the checkboxes to filter the map by vehicle status.
Drill into Fleet Map Data
Select any vehicle on the map to quickly access vehicle, contract, and customer details.
Explore Vehicle Statuses on the Fleet Map
Each vehicle is assigned a specific color based on the vehicle’s status, making it easy to differentiate between the multiple vehicles and corresponding statuses throughout the map. View statuses below:
- Blue: Vehicles in a Rented status
- Green: Vehicles in Staged, In Prep, or Returned statuses
- Orange: Vehicles in a Maintenance status
- Gray: Vehicles in Hard Hold or Shuttle statuses
- Black: Vehicles in a Disposed status
