To update an Employee account in Dealerware, follow the steps below. Employee permissions updated in Dealerware for Web are updated in Dealerware for Mobile.
- Log into My.Dealerware.com
- Open the main menu in the top left hand navigation
- Click on "Employees"
- Use the search bar to find the employee
- Click on the Employee Full Name
- Click on "Roles"
- Enable the role by clicking the toggle to the right of the role description. The toggle is enabled once it turns blue.
