What's New
- Now when a customer has an unsettled balance or they've been added to the Do Not Rent list, it will be indicated as such on their customer profile.
- If a customer's credit card, driver's license, or insurance information is expired, the mobile app will alert you when creating a contract or reservation, save details, and redirect you to the customer's profile.
Updated Features
- The application now verifies Postal Code based on the customer's country of residence.
- The application now validates phone number format on primary customer profiles and additional driver details.
- The application now lets you begin the finish-contract workflow by selecting a contract in a Started status from Schedule.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where if a contract was created for a customer without a credit card on file due to disabled credit card settings, the application would disallow the user from finishing the contract.
- Resolved an issue where an additional driver could not be added to a contract due to the application erroneously flagging expiration date.
- Resolved an issue where during the finish-contract workflow, "total distance traveled" was populating an erroneous calculation.
- Resolved an issue where after adding Repair Order # or Service Vehicle ID during the Quick Contract workflow, the info does not save to the reservation.
