Dealerware is available in multiple languages. Customer language settings can be changed in both Dealerware Mobile and Dealerware Web. The agreement summary, customer signature page, and contactless contracting will be displayed to the customer in their selected language.
To update a customers’ language in Dealerware Mobile:
- Search and select the relevant customer
- Select Personal Info
- Select Preferred language
- Select the desired language
- Select Done
To update a customer’s language settings in Dealerware Web:
- Login to my.dealerware.com
- Search and select the relevant customer
- Select the dropdown menu under Preferred Language
- Select the desired language
- Select Save
