After configuring your rental vehicle Program(s), confirm that your vehicle information is up-to-date to ensure information on the driver agreement is correct.
You will want to verify the accuracy of vehicle information by inspecting the vehicle details page.
Information to keep up-to-date should include:
- License Plate Number
- Stock Number
- Toll barcode (if applicable)

Available/ Unavailable On date: records the date that a vehicle can be used. Dealerware will only allow contracts to start after a vehicle’s Available On date and will not allow contracts to start after a vehicles Unavailable On date. Vehicles will not surface as an option to select while assigning a vehicle to the contract during these dates.
