Confirm that all vehicles that should be on the lot are actually on the lot in their correct, designated areas.
- If your dealership is leveraging Connected Car Services, confirm on the Dealerware Fleet Map that all vehicles in a staged, in-prep, maintenance, hard hold, and shuttle status are on the lot.
- If you are not leveraging Connected Car Services, print the list of vehicles in a staged, in-prep, maintenance, hard hold, and shuttle status, and conduct a physical audit of the lot to confirm that all applicable vehicles are accounted for.
- If a vehicle is not on the lot, use Connected Car Services to locate the vehicle or follow up with the last associated customer.
- Complete inventory reconciliation at least twice daily.
