Overview
The Dashboard serves as a centralized hub where you can track telemetry-enabled vehicles, view actionable data and alerts, and manage vehicles, contracts, and dealership operations.
Fleet Map
Vehicles enabled with telemetry services will appear on the Fleet Map.
Understand Fleet Views
- My Fleet: Shows the location of all vehicles within your fleet, wherever they appear on the map
- My Location: Shows your dealership location, and any vehicles parked within the vicinity
Navigate the Map
- Change the map view by selecting Map or Satellite at the top-left of the map
- Expand the map by selecting the icon four-arrows icon at the top-right of the map
- Zoom in and out of the map by selecting the + or - icons
- Drill into vehicle, customer, and contract details & access shortcuts by selecting any pin on the map
Vehicles Card
The Vehicles card groups your fleet into the statuses and contains vehicle alerts:
Statuses: Select a status to redirect to the Vehicles page and view any vehicles within that status.
- Unavailable: Rented, Maintenance, Hard Hold, Shuttle
- Available: Staged, Returned, In Prep. The Vehicles page now includes a Days off Contract column to help your dealership prioritize which available vehicles to rent next.
Alerts: Select an alert to view vehicles and details related to that alert

- Expired Registration
- OEM Recall
- Defleet Limit
- Pre-Fleet (Nissan, INFINITI, and Volvo only)
Contracts Card
Select Add at the top-right of the card to quickly create a contract.
The Contracts card groups contracts in the following statuses and alerts:
Statuses: Select a status to redirect to the Contracts page and view any contracts within that status
- Started: Active contracts with customers
- Booked & Pending: Scheduled and scheduled with a vehicle assigned. You can filter on the Contracts page to see these statuses independently.
- Finished Today: Completed today
- Contract Limit: Contracts that are approaching a configured contract-length threshold.
Overdue alert: Contracts that have exceeded their scheduled drop-off time
Quick Information Card
This card has tabs for Today's Contracts, Started Contracts, and Available Vehicles.
Today's Contracts: Prepare for incoming customers, update incomplete customer profiles, and manage, start, or finish contracts faster with our intuitive one-click-contracting schedule feature, without ever leaving the Dashboard. Double-click in the Comment field to write a temporary note about the customer or contract.
Started Contracts: Track live contracts, their length, and vehicle mileage via telematics. Use these insights to anticipate swaps as vehicles approach their limits and streamline the de-fleeting process based on scheduled return dates. You can also quickly finish contracts without leaving the dashboard.
Available Vehicles: Easily manage your available fleet. View fuel levels and maximize fleet usage by using Days off Contract to decide which vehicle is contracted next.
Metrics Card
The Metrics card can be filtered by Program and date.
The Metrics card provides the following Key Performance Indicators:
- Contract Utilization: Contract Days divided by the number of days vehicles are able to be booked based on vehicle status, multiplied by 100. Excluded vehicle statuses are disposed, hard hold, shuttle, and maintenance
- Standard Utilization: Utilized Days divided the number of days all vehicles are active, regardless of whether vehicles are in a bookable status, multiplied by 100
- Bookable Utilization: Utilized Days divided by the number of days vehicles are able to be booked based on vehicle status, multiplied by 100. Excluded vehicle statuses are disposed, hard hold, shuttle, and maintenance
- Avg Contract Length: Month-to-date count of finished contract days divided by count of finished contracts
- Daily Avg VUM: Average number of active vehicles in Dealerware
- Contract Days: Count of days vehicles are on contract for 30+ minutes. If there's more than one contract for a vehicle in the same day, each contract counts as a distinct day
- Tolls Incurred: Dollar amount of toll charges incurred by the dealership
- Contract Tolls: Dollar amount of toll charges while a vehicle was under contract
- Total Revenue: Total revenue generated upon contract finish, excluding taxes
- Daily Dollar Avg: Average daily revenue generated from daily rates. Total Revenue divided by Transaction Days for finished contracts
- Revenue per Unit: Total Revenue divided by the average number of vehicles in fleet per day
- Total Recovery: Total Revenue divided by the average number of vehicles in fleet per day
- Unsettled Balance: Total unpaid invoice balances for customers and additional payers. See more details and manage balances in the Unsettled Balance report.
- Total Fuel Charges: Dollar amount of fuel consumed while vehicles were under contract
- Fuel Recovered: Percentage of the successfully recovered portion of total fuel charges
- Utilized Days: Count of days in which a vehicle is on contract
- Open Contracts: Count of contracts in a started status
- Closed Contracts: Count of contracts in a finished status
Reporting
The Service Advisor Report that was previously on the Dashboard can now be found in the Reports section of the main navigation.
