Overview
The Command Center serves as a centralized hub where you can track telemetry-enabled vehicles, view actionable data and alerts, and manage vehicles, contracts, and dealership operations.
Fleet Map
Vehicles enabled with telemetry services will appear on the Fleet Map.
Understand Fleet Views
- My Fleet: Shows the location of all vehicles within your fleet, wherever they appear on the map
- My Location: Shows your dealership location, and any vehicles parked within the vicinity
Change Map Views
- Change the map view by selecting Map or Satellite at the top-left of the map
- Expand the map by selecting the box icon at the top-right of the map
- Zoom in and out of the map by selecting the + or - icons
- Drill into vehicle, customer, and contract details & access shortcuts by selecting any pin on the map
Vehicles Card
The Vehicles card groups your fleet into the following statuses:
- All vehicles
- Available vehicles
- Unavailable vehicles
Shortcuts:
- Select any status to redirect to the Vehicles page and view any vehicles within that status
Contracts Card
The Contracts card groups contracts in the following statuses:
- Active: In progress
- Booked & Pending: Scheduled, scheduled w/ a vehicle assigned
- Finished Today: Completed today
- Contract Limit Warning: An alert that quantifies contracts that are approaching a configured contract-length threshold (learn how to configure this alert)
Shortcuts:
- Select Add at the top-right of the table to quickly create a contract
- Select any status to redirect to the Contracts page and view any contracts within that status
Vehicle Status Card
The Vehicle Status card breaks down your fleet by status.
- Staged
- Contracted
- Maintenance
- Hard Hold
- Shuttle
- In Prep
- Returned
Shortcuts:
- Select any status to redirect to the Vehicles page and view any vehicles within that status
Schedule Card
Prepare for incoming customers, update incomplete customer profiles, and manage, start, or finish contracts faster with our intuitive one-click-contracting schedule feature, without ever leaving the Command Center.
Metrics Card
The Metrics card provides the following Key Performance Indicators:
- Utilization %
- Contract Length
- Net to Dealership (only visible to users with Admin permissions)
Shortcuts:
- Select any of the metrics to redirect to the corresponding reports: Utilization, Contracts, and Transactions (requires the View Reports permission)
Customers Card
The customers card quantifies your dealership's unsettled customer balances.
- Select the Unsettled Balances alert to redirect to the Customers page and view all unsettled balances by customer
Shortcuts:
- Select Add at the top right of the card to quickly create a customer profile via the Command Center.
Employees Card
The employees card quantifies your dealership's active and inactive employee accounts
- Select the account status to redirect to the Employees page and view all employees that correspond to the status (requires the Employee Manager permission)
Shortcuts:
- Select Add at the top right of the card to redirect to the Employees page and create an employee account (requires the Employee Manager permission)
Alerts
Throughout the Command Center you'll notice various alerts to help your team best manage things like vehicles, contracts, and customers. When an alert is triggered based on your dealership's Dealerware settings, it will appear in red within the corresponding card.
