Contract Notification
Enabling the contract notification allows notification parameters by contract length. Users will be notified on the dashboard when contracts are approaching/exceeding the limit.
Defleet Limit Notification
Enabling the defleet limit notification allows notification parameters by vehicle model. Users will then be notified on the dashboard when vehicles are approaching the limit.
To enable notifications:
For Contract Length Alerts
- Select the Program(s) you would like like to place contract length limits on
- Enter the contract length (in calendar days)
- Enter the contract length warning (in number of days before the limit you would like to be notified)
- Repeat as necessary for all programs
- Select Save
For Vehicle Defleet Alerts
- Select the Program(s) you would like like to place defleet limits on
- Select Defleet Limit to create a mileage and/or day limit for all vehicle models
- Select Defleet Limit by Vehicle Model to create a mileage and/or day limit for each vehicle model
- Enter the miles and/or day limit
- Enter the defleet limit warning (in miles/ days before the limit you would like to be notified)
- Repeat as necessary for all programs
- Select Save
To view/manage alerts:
- Login to Dealerware Web
- Navigate to the Command Center
- Select the “Defleet Warning Limit” box to view all vehicles approaching or exceeding their contract length threshold

Select the “Contract Limit Warning” box to view all contracts approaching or exceeding their contract length threshold.
