There is no capability to delete a credit card from Dealerware. To have a customer's credit card removed from Braintree and prevent any transaction from occurring on that credit card, please email support@Dealerware.com and include the customer's name and most recent Contract ID.
Please note: Dealerware does not display complete credit card information on the customer profile after the payment method has been saved. For the security of the customer, credit card information is immediately encrypted and vaulted by Braintree Marketplace, Dealerware's payment processor. Once a card is removed from Braintree, limited billing information will remain in the Payment Method tab of a customer's profile, but the credit card will no longer be active.
