Vehicle Status indicates the stage of a vehicle within the fleet lifecycle. A vehicle can be in any of the following statuses:
- In-Preparation: the vehicle is being prepared for customer use
- Staged: the vehicle is available for customer use
- Hard-Hold or Maintenance: the vehicle needs repair and is not available for customer use
- Shuttle: the vehicle is being used for shuttle purposes
- Rented: the vehicle is assigned to a contract and in customer possession
- Returned: the vehicle has been returned by the customer
- Disposed: the vehicle has been permanently decommissioned from the fleet
When a vehicle is in a Rented status, the Vehicle Status cannot be updated. After the vehicle is returned and the affiliated contract is finished, the status of the vehicle will update from Rented to Returned.

- Search and select the appropriate vehicle
- Select Vehicle Status
- Select the appropriate status
