Overview
Vehicle issues can be added, updated, or closed at any time. It’s advised to perform a vehicle walk-through with the customer during the Start-Contract and Finish-Contract workflows to document any vehicle issues.
Add a Vehicle Issue
- Select Vehicles from the main navigation
- Search for and select the applicable vehicle
- Select Vehicle Issues
- Select Create New Issue
- Add a detailed description of the issue
- Attach photos (take a photo or upload one from the device’s library)
- Select the back arrow to save
Update a Vehicle Issue
- Select Vehicles from the main navigation
- Search for and select the applicable vehicle
- Select Vehicle Issues
- Select the Vehicle Issue you wish to update
- Attach a new photo
- Select the back arrow to save
Close a Vehicle Issue
- Select Vehicles from the main navigation
- Search for and select the applicable vehicle
- Select Vehicle Issues
- Select the Vehicle Issue you wish to close
- Using your finger, slide the issue to the left
- Select Close
