The Dealerware Web & Mobile applications are two separate tools that work together to provide a complete fleet-management solution for your dealership.
Dealerware Web, which includes a robust suite of reports, provides insight into fleet and employee performance, cost recovery, and revenue generation while allowing users to book reservations and start and finish contracts.
How do I log in?
Dealerware users can log in to Dealerware Web at my.dealerware.com. We suggest bookmarking this page for quick access.
To fully optimize Dealerware Web, the latest version of Google Chrome is required for your desktop, laptop, or tablet. Dealerware Web is not compatible with Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.
To run Dealerware as smoothly as possible, it's advised to enable Dealerware popups and configure firewall settings.
To log in to Dealerware web, follow the steps below:
- Open the Google Chrome web browser
- Go to my.dealerware.com
- Enter your email address and password
- Select Login
If you're unsure of your login credentials or have forgotten your password, follow the steps below:
- Open the Google Chrome web browser
- Go to my.dealerware.com
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a reset password email from Dealerware
If you haven't received an email after following the reset password instructions above or an error message occurs, it's likely that you do not have a Dealerware Account. In this case, contact your dealership's Dealerware Administrator to be added as an employee in Dealerware.
