You can search for an existing customer in both Dealerware Mobile and Dealerware Web.
To search for an existing Customer in Dealerware Web:
- Login to my.dealerware.com
- Select Customers in the main menu
- In the Search Customers bar, search for the customer by:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Driver's License number
