Your customer will be charged for all tolls incurred during their contract 10 days after the contract is finished in Dealerware.
Your customer will receive an SMS message with an updated receipt when they are charged for tolls. An updated receipt will also be available on my.dealerware.com 10 days after the contract is finished.
To access a receipt on Dealerware Web:
- Search and select the relevant customer
- Click Contracts tab
- Click Contract ID to access Contract details
- Click Pricing
- Click View Receipt in the top right corner
Please ensure pop-ups are enabled in order to view the receipt. Download and email or print the receipt for your customer.
