All receipts can be accessed through My.Dealerware.com. Receipts with detailed toll charges will not be available until 10 days after the contract is finished. Please note your customer will NOT receive an updated SMS receipt with detailed toll charges.
To access a receipt, follow these steps:
- Log in to My.Dealerware.com
- Navigate to the Customers dashboard
- Search for the Customer
- Click on the Contracts tab
- Click on the Contract ID to access Contract details
- Click the Pricing tab
- Click View Receipt in the top right corner
Please ensure pop-ups are enabled in order to view the receipt. Download and email or print the receipt for your customer.
