To charge or refund a customer, follow the steps located in this training module here.
To determine if a charge or refund was successful, view the Pricing tab in Contract Details. The Pricing tab contains the contract invoice which includes a line item breakdown of all applied charges and refunds. The date and time of each successful charge/refund is located at the bottom of the Invoice in the Payments section.
Please note outstanding balances will appear in the Balance section of the invoice and at the top right of the page above View Receipt. Outstanding balances will also appear as unsettled balances on the Customers page in Dealerware Web.
