Dealerware issues invoices monthly for services your dealership is subscribed to receive. Services can include software fees, connected car device fees, and toll management fees.
If you are a Dealerware Toll Management customer, your invoice will also include all tolls incurred and reported to Dealerware in that calendar month.
All other reimbursements (fuel, daily rates, or other loaner related expenses) are included in your reimbursement check which is mailed to your dealership mid-month for the funds collected from your customers the previous month, minus transaction fees.
