Overview
Every contract in Dealerware is coupled with an invoice, which itemizes all contract charges transacted on the platform.
Locating Contract Invoices
- Select Customers from the main menu
- Search for and select the applicable customer profile
- In Customer Details, select the Contracts tab
- In Contracts, locate the applicable Contract ID
- In Contract Details, select the Billing tab
- Navigate to the Payment Information section & select View Invoice
- The invoice will open in a new window
- Download, print, or email the invoice as needed
*Note: Google Chrome pop-ups must be enabled to view and download a receipt.
