Overview
Each contract includes customer and insurance details. You may assign a vehicle to a contract, or modify select information depending on the status of the contract.
Modifying a Booked Reservation
After booking a reservation, you can modify Service Advisor, Repair Order, Service Vehicle ID, Insurance Information, and Pickup and Dropoff date and time.
To modify a Booked reservation:
- Select Contracts from the main menu
- Search for and select the applicable reservation
- In Details, modify Service Advisor, Repair Order, or Service Vehicle ID, then select Save
- To modify Pickup & Dropoff time: select Modify Contract at the bottom of the page, edit the date & time, then select Modify, followed by Save
- To modify the insurance details: select the Insurance tab, followed by Edit, then Save
Modifying Pending Contract Information
You can modify Service Advisor, Repair Order, Service Vehicle ID, Insurance Information, and the assigned vehicle.
To modify a Pending contract:
- Select Contracts from the main navigation
- Search for and select the applicable contract
- In Details, modify Service Advisor, Repair Order, or Service Vehicle ID, then select Save
- To modify the insurance details: select the Insurance tab, followed by Edit, then Save
During the Start-Contract workflow, you may update the assigned vehicle to a new one within the chosen Vehicle Group, after collecting a customer signature and before starting the contract:
- Navigate to Vehicle Information,
- Select Edit
- Assign a new vehicle
*Updating an assigned vehicle may result in a credit card hold based on Vehicle Group settings. You can confirm the hold amount during the Start-Contract workflow.
Modifying Started Contract Information
You can modify Service Advisor and Scheduled Dropof date and time.
To modify a Started contract:
- Select Contracts from the main navigation
- Search for and select the applicable contract
- In Details, modify Service Advisor by selecting the Service Advisor field, then choose the Service Advisor and select Save
- To modify Dropoff time: select Modify Contract at the bottom of the page
- Edit date & time
- Select Modify, followed by Save
Modifying Finished Contract Information
You can modify Service Advisor.
To modify a Finished Contract:
- Select Contracts from the main navigation
- Search for and select the applicable contract
- In Details, modify Service Advisor by selecting the Service Advisor field, then choose the Service Advisor and select Save
