Once a contract is started, information can not be edited except for the schedule dropoff date. Below are steps to modify a contract's scheduled dropoff date. Use this to update the scheduled dropoff date of the loaner based on new information acquired about the repair.
- Log into My.Dealerware.com
- From the main menu, navigate to the Contracts section
- Select the started contract from the Contracts dashboard by clicking on the contract Confirmation #
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Contract Details page and click Modify Contract
- Select a new Dropoff Date and Dropff Time
- Click Modify
No other contract information can be edited.
Navigate to Contracts
Select the started Contract
Click into Contract Details, scroll down and click Modify Contract
