If your customer has damaged their courtesy vehicle and their deductible payment has declined, we advise collection through a new payment method.
Once a new payment method is added to the customer details, you may attempt to process the deductible payment. To settle the balance and charge the appropriate credit card, you must select the new credit card on the Pricing page.
If the deductible payment declines, and the customer is unwilling to provide another method of payment, we advise seeking legal action by use of the Customer Agreement and adding the customer to the Do Not Rent list.
