If your customer did not receive a Customer Agreement SMS and has requested a copy, the Customer Agreement can be downloaded from Dealerware Web, and then attached to an email and sent to the customer.
To download the customer agreement from Dealerware Web:
- Login to Dealerware Web
- Search and select the relevant customer
- Select Contracts and select the relevant contract
- Scroll to the bottom of Contract Details and select View Customer Agreement
- Download and print/ email the agreement as necessary
We advise that you confirm the telephone number associated with the customer profile is an accurate mobile number that can accept an SMS. If the phone number on file is a landline, we advise updating the number to a mobile line, to ensure a successful SMS is pushed to the customer when future contracts are generated.
If the phone number on file is an accurate mobile line, please reach out to Dealerware Support, and provide the customer name and Contract ID associated with the Customer Agreement.
