If toll tag is lost or stolen, the toll barcode needs to be deactivated in order to prevent misuse.
To deactivate a toll tag:
- Login to Dealerware Web
- Click Place Order on the main menu
- Click Deactivate toll tags and then enter the toll tag barcode(s) into the form separated by a comma. (Ex. ALF1234567A, ALF1278567A)
- Click Place Order
If you need a new toll tag, please place a replacement order.
