You may assign up to two additional drivers to a contract using Dealerware Mobile or Dealerware Web. Additional drivers will appear on the Customer Agreement.
Assign Additional Drivers During the New-Reservation Workflow:
- Progress through the New-reservation workflow
- Set the pickup and dropoff date and time
- Select the Service Advisor (select None if one does not apply)
- Select Add Additional Driver
- Scan the additional driver's license barcode or manually enter the details
- Add the additional driver's email address (optional for US customers, mandatory for Canadian customers) and phone number
- Select Add Driver to Contract
You may obtain the customer’s signature via the dealership’s device or via Contactless Contracting.
*The customer will receive a text message (US) or email (Canada) containing a copy of their agreement and a receipt.
