When attempting to upload a new vehicle into Dealerware, you may receive the following error:
Unable to lookup vehicle details for VIN. Please double-check the entry or manually select a model.
To resolve the error message:
Confirm that the VIN number is 100% correct and try again
If the issue persists, check the Model dropdown menu
If the model of your vehicle is present in the dropdown, manually select it and proceed with adding vehicle information
If the model of your vehicle is NOT present in the dropdown, Submit a request to our support team. List any VINs affected by the error in the "Description" and we will quickly resolve the issue for you.
