What is Vehicles Not Under Contract?
The Vehicles Not Under Contract is a section found on Dealerware Web’s Dashboard and allows you to view a list of vehicles not currently out on contract.
This section contains vehicles not under contract with a customer, including both available and unavailable vehicles.*
How do I use Vehicles Not Under Contract?
Vehicles Not Under Contract are listed along with their status and days off contract.
By using the menu button to the top right of the Vehicles Not Under Contract section, you can sort by column, hide columns, or export the data. You can only sort by one column at a time.
Use this section to make sure available vehicles are not sitting on your lot for extended amounts of time. Sort by Days Off Contract and prioritize vehicles with the highest number of days off contract to be out on contract next. If a vehicle is being repaired, make sure it's in the correct vehicle status to not negatively impact utilization. 
*Vehicles in the status "shuttle" will not be listed in Vehicles Not Under Contract.
