Overview
All contracts contain a Contract Details page, where you can find contract-specific information. To access Contract Details, select Contracts from the main navigation, followed by the applicable contract.
In Contract Details, select any of the tabs to deep-dive into a specific category. Common categories include:
Details (Contract Overview)
- Contract ID
- Contract Status
- Customer Name
- Customer Email (optional)
- Customer Phone Number
- Date Created
- Scheduled Pickup & Dropoff
- Actual Pickup & Dropoff
- Booked By
- Finished By
- Service Advisor
- Repair Order
- Service Vehicle ID
Customer Information
- Driver’s License
- Additional Driver(s)
- Insurance
*Customer information is saved after a contract is started. Updating customer information post-contract-start will not modify the Customer Agreement.
Vehicle Information (applies only to Pending reservations & Started contracts)
- Assigned vehicle
- Vehicle Issues (only issues added during the start-contract and finish-contract workflows will be displayed)
