Search and click the tab of the customer details that needs to be reviewed or updated:
- Account Settings- First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email
- Driver’s License- Update or add a customer to the Do Not Rent list
- Insurance- Review and update insurance
- Payment Method- Update payment information
- User Notes- Add any information specific to the customer
- Contracts- Review or update the contract
Always click Save at the bottom of the page after updating.
