You can create a contract in Dealerware Mobile or Dealerware Web.
Dealerware users can create contracts from the Contracts tab or from the Customer Profile in Dealerware Web. The contract will be in a Booked status after creation.
Once a contract is in a Booked status, you may start the contract or access it at a later time from the Customer Profile or the Contracts tab in Dealerware Web.
To create a contract from the Contract’s tab:
- Login into my.dealerware.com
- Select Contracts on the main menu
- Select + Add Contract
- Search and select an existing customer in the search bar
- Enter the pickup/dropoff date and time
- Select the Service Advisor from the drop-down menu
- Enter the Repair Order and Service Vehicle ID (optional)
- Select Save
To create a Contract from a Customer’s profile:
- Search and select a customer
- Enter the pickup/dropoff date and time
- Select the Service Advisor from the drop-down menu
- Enter the Repair Order and Service Vehicle ID (optional)
