Only employees with "View Reports" employee permissions can access Dealerware Reports.
To access the reports section of Dealerware Web:
- Login to my.dealerware.com
- Select Reports on the main menu
- Select the relevant report
To customize reports:
- Each column header has a small down arrow at the right. Use this arrow to hide a column or to sort by the data in that column.
- Some columns have a search bar, which will allow you to refine results by searching within that column. Results will include anything that matches the search term.
- Use the menu icon to add or remove data fields in the report.
To export reports:
There are two ways to export reports- Download all and Download in view
- Open the relevant report
- Select Download
- Select Download all to export all possible data contained in the report
- Select Download in view to export only the selected rows and columns visible on the page
