Dealerships can leverage Dealerware for pickup and delivery. Dealerware Mobile utilizes PCI compliant credentialing for all customers, allowing contracts to be started or finished without direct contact from anywhere.
To deliver a courtesy vehicle to a customer:
- Identify a vehicle in the fleet to be delivered
- Update the status of the vehicle being utilized to shuttle
- Meet the customer at their desired location
- Update the status of the vehicle to staged
- Start the contract in Dealerware or use Contactless Contracting
- For first time customers, create a new customer profile
To retrieve a vehicle from a customer:
- Contact the customer to determine the location of the vehicle
- Dealerships using Connnected Car Services can view the vehicle GPS location
- Meet the customer at the location of the vehicle
- Finish the contract
