Employees set their Dealerware password when they activate their account.
Employees can change their password at the login portal or in Dealerware Web.
To change your password at the login portal:
- Go to my.dealerware.com
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter your email
- Select Reset Password
- Check your inbox for an email from Dealerware Team
-If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam folder and confirm Dealerware emails aren't being blocked
-If you are still not receiving an email from Dealerware submit a ticket
- Select the Reset Password link in the email
- Enter your New Password and select Confirm Password
