Employees set their Dealerware password during account activation. You can change your password anytime through Dealerware Web or directly from the login screen.
If you didn’t receive an activation email, click Forgot password on the login screen. This will resend an email that allows you to both activate your account and set or reset your password.
To change your password at the login portal:

Go to my.dealerware.com
- Enter Email
- Select Continue
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter your email
- Select Reset Password
- Check your inbox for an email from Dealerware Team
- Select the Reset Password link in the email
- Enter your New Password and select Confirm Password
If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam folder and confirm Dealerware emails aren't being blocked. If you are still not receiving an email from Dealerware, we recommend whitelisting the following email sender domains and IPs:
- auth0.com
- dealerware.com

To change your password in Dealerware Web:
- Login to my.dealerware.com
- Select the arrow at the bottom of the main menu
- Select Account Settings
- Enter the new password
- Confirm the new password
- Select Update Password
