To complete a customer profile, you need to add a customer's driver's license, payment method, and insurance. There are two ways to do this while avoiding physical contact.

- Instruct the customer to place their driver's license (face down), payment method, and insurance on a flat surface
- Request the customer move away from the documents
- Approach the documents and use Dealerware Mobile to add or update the information
- Step away from the documents and instruct the customer to collect them
Depending on your risk tolerance, you may need to request the customer show the front of their driver's license as well. This will allow you to visually confirm their identity matches what is on the license.
