Dealerships can utilize both the Availability Report and Dealerware Mobile or Dealerware Web to schedule an appointment.
Prior to booking an appointment, Confirm that a vehicle will be available on the desired date in the Availability Report.
To book appointments in Dealerware Mobile:
- Begin creating a contract in Dealerware Mobile
- Enter the desired pickup/ dropoff date, and the service advisor
- Select Save
To book appointments in Dealerware Web:
- Begin creating a contract in Dealerware Web
- Enter the desired pickup/ dropoff date, and the service advisor
- Select Book
Dealerships can view all booked (or scheduled) appointments in both Dealerware Mobile and Dealerware Web.
To view booked appointments in Dealerware Mobile:
- Login to Dealerware Mobile
- Select the Contracts tab
Here you can view a list of booked contracts. Please note that Dealerware Mobile will only display booked contracts with scheduled pickup dates for that day.
To view booked appointments in Dealerware Web:
- Login to Dealerware Web
- Select the Contracts tab from the Main Menu
All booked contracts will be displayed at the top of the table.
