Multiple Program Terms allows a dealership employee to review, edit, delete or add new Terms to their respective Program Agreements.
If managed Terms exist, the dealership employee can only disable the Term, but cannot delete or edit the Term. Each program agreement can have its own Term set.
To View of Edit Program Agreement Terms, follow these steps (available to Admins only):
- Select the Agreement Terms menu
- Ensure you are on the Program Agreements header menu
- Select the Program Agreement name that you wish to review
- Make changes as needed
- Reorder Terms as needed
The newly saved Agreement Terms will apply to new contracts using the Program Agreement associated.
