Log in to Dealerware Insights and select User Accounts from the main navigation to add, edit, and delete user accounts.
The Admin setting must be enabled to access User Accounts from the main navigation or add, edit, and delete user accounts.
To add a user account:
- Under User Accounts, select + New User
- Input User Information (first name, last name, email address)
- Select Location Parameters (parameter names vary based on individual user accounts: Region, Market, Area, etc.)
- Enable the Admin setting to allow the user to add, edit, and delete user accounts (optional)
- Select Add User
To edit a user account:
- Under User Accounts, locate and select the appropriate user account
- Edit User Information & Additional Settings
- After making changes, select Save
To delete a user account:
- Under User Accounts, locate and select the appropriate user account
- Select Delete Account
- Select Confirm
