How to add a PO number on Dealerware Web
- On Dealerware Web, the Purchase Order number can be added before starting a contract, during the contract, and after finishing the contract.
- When adding a contract, the PO field will be located next to the Repair Order field.
- To add the PO to an existing contract, navigate to Contract Details, then select Edit in the Scheduling & Service Information section.
How to add a PO number on Dealerware Mobile
- On Dealerware Mobile, the PO number can be added when creating the contract and looking at the Reservation Overview, which can be viewed for booked, pending, started, and finished contracts.
- When adding a contract, the PO field will be located next to the Repair Order field.
- To add the PO number an existing contract, on the Reservation Overview, navigate to the Service section and tap on the pencil icon next to Purchase Order Number.
