Length of Contract data appears in the following Dealerware Web locations:
- Dashboard - KPIs: Avg. Length of Contract: Average time a driver is in possession of a vehicle.
- Dashboard - Open Contracts: Days on Contract: Current open contracts w/ elapsed contract days.
- Dashboard - Service Advisor Performance: Days on Contract: Total contracts finished in the last 30 days per Service Advisor and the average length of each contract.
- Contracts Report: Length of Contract: The duration of individual contracts.
To improve your Average Length of Contract KPI:
- Review Dashboard - Open Contracts, filter the Days on Contract column by descending order, and prioritize contracts elapsed greater than four days.
- Evaluate Repair Orders against contracts elapsed greater than four days, and contract the affiliated drivers.
- Evaluate the Dashboard - Service Advisor Performance table and work with Advisors who have a high Length of Contract.
