Overview
Valet transforms the customer experience, driving high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and utilization rates by delivering vehicles directly from your dealership to the customer's doorstep.
Dealerware's Valet feature lets you create and carry out the following task types:
Service Pickup: Involves picking up a customer's vehicle for service and providing them with a loaner vehicle. This task marks the start of a contract.
Service Drop-off: Involves returning the customer's vehicle to the customer and the service loaner vehicle back to the dealership. This task marks the end of a contract.
Enabling Valet at Your Dealership
Configure Settings in Dealerware Web
Log in to Dealerware Web
Select Settings from the main navigation
Select Location
Select Preferences
Select the checkbox next to Enable Valet Tasks
Select Save
Prepare Dealerware Mobile for Task Execution
Update your iOS or Android app to version 3.0.6
Log out of the Dealerware app then log back in to access the feature
