Create & Manage Valet Tasks in Dealerware Web

Log in to Dealerware Web

Create a Contract

In Contract Details, select the Manage tab

In Manage, navigate to the Valet Task section

In Valet Task, select Add Valet Task

When the side panel appears, select the Task Type dropdown

Select the Service Pickup option to create a task for the driver to deliver a loaner vehicle to the customer

Assign a Primary Driver & Additional Driver (optional)

Add a Destination Address, where the driver will meet the customer

Add any relevant Task Notes to help the driver accomplish the task (like a gate code)

Select Create to finalize the task

In Contract Details, proceed to create a Service Drop-off task for the driver to retrieve a loaner vehicle from the customer, by following the steps above

Log in to Dealerware Web

Select Tasks from the main menu

Select the Status dropdown to filter the table by task status

Select the Service dropdown to filter the table by task type

Select the Driver dropdown to filter the table by the driver assigned to the task

Select the 3 dots within the Action Column, followed by View Details to view or edit a task from the side panel

Select the 3 dots within the Action Column, followed by Cancel Task to cancel a task
