Dealerware Users with the Edit Contract permission can edit starting fuel and odometer values on a started contract in Dealerware Web. This enables dealerships to make necessary clerical updates and ensure vehicle details remain accurate and consistent.
Here's how:
On Manage Contract, select EDIT on the Vehicle Information tile
Edit the values in the inline form and provide a reason (required) and select Save
Contract note is generated indicating who made the change, when, what values were changed and the reason
