Require a Repair Order Number to Complete a Contract

Enable the Repair Order (RO) Required setting to require a Repair Order reference number on select contracts prior to contract completion.

  • Enable the Repair Order (RO) Required setting

*If you attempt to complete a contract associated with a Vehicle Group where the RO Required setting is enabled, Dealerware will disallow you from completing the contract.

In this case, add the repair order number, then reattempt to complete the contract.

  • In Contract Details: Overview, navigate to the Scheduling & Service Information section

  • Select Edit

  • In Modify Contract: Service, input the Repair Order number

  • Select Save Changes
