Pre-Fleet is exclusively available to Acura, Honda, Nissan, INFINITI, Volkswagen, and Volvo dealers participating in their respective OEM courtesy/rental programs.

Program Vehicles will automatically populate in Dealerware as a Pre-Fleet Vehicle.

All potential Program Vehicles will be located in the Pre-Fleet until they are tagged and titled and ready for renting or loaning.

Pre-Fleet vehicles are not considered Active vehicles.

For Nissan and INFINITI, Pre-Fleet vehicles are UNINSURED VINs and should not be rented or loaned until made Active.

Pre-Fleet vehicles must be made Active prior to renting the vehicle.

Vehicles should be activated within 30 days of the RDR Add Date.

Vehicles in Pre-Fleet for over 30 days will be highlighted in red on the Vehicles page.

View the count of Pre-Fleet vehicles in the Command Center.

A Vehicle must be activated in order to remove it from your fleet. Follow these steps to remove a Vehicle from your fleet.

Navigate to Vehicles

Select the Pre-Fleet filter

Enter the following REQUIRED information: Stock Number, License Plate, License Plate State, and In-Fleet Mileage. (Note: License Plate State will pre-populate based on your dealership's address)

Select the three dots under Action in the far right column

Select Make Active

Select the Program(s)

Navigate to Vehicles

Select the Pre-Fleet filter

Enter the following REQUIRED information: Stock Number, License Plate, License Plate State, and In-Fleet Mileage. (Note: License Plate State will pre-populate based on your dealership's address)

Select the box next to RDR Add Date to highlight to complete list of vehicles

Select Make Active

Select the Program(s)

Navigate to Vehicles

Select the Pre-Fleet filter

Select Download on the right side of the screen. Select Download in View OR Download All
