This guide is for adding individual vehicles. You can bulk upload vehicles by following this guide.
For Nissan dealers participating in the NRC program and INFINITI dealers participating in the ICV program, you won't need to add vehicles in Dealerware. Eligible vehicles will populate in Pre-Fleet for activation. Learn more about this process here.
Steps to add a new vehicle and locate an existing vehicle
Click the Vehicles button in the left navigation bar
Click the Add Vehicle button in the upper-right corner of the central interactive pane
Enter the stock number, license plate, state/province, VIN, and program (availability date and vehicle color is optional)
Click Add Vehicle. This action adds a new vehicle
Locate the new vehicle details by entering in the search bar any of the following details:
Stock number
License Plate
Year
Make
Model
Status
Programs
CCD Status
Toll Barcode
Physical Location
VIN
