The Vehicle Inventory report can be found in the Reports section of Dealerware Web. The Audit tab on the report is designed to provide visibility into each VIN's status and any associated contract information. This information can help you understand whether your vehicles should be on the lot, out with a customer, or at the body shop.
How to Access
Available under the Reports section in Dealerware Web (Main Menu > Reports > Vehicle Inventory)
Contains two tabs:
Inventory
Audit (select)
Please note: There is approximately a 1 hour data sync delay for data to populate on reports. Only employees with "View Reports" employee permissions can access Dealerware Reports.
Columns on the report are as follows:
Dealership Name
VIN
Stock Number
License Plate Number
Year
Model
Mileage
Vehicle Status
Contract ID
Customer Name
Repair Order Number
Contract Start Date
The report has the following filters:
Vehicle Status: disposed is excluded by default
VIN
Contract ID
