If you need to view reports with the same filter rules regularly, you can create personalized report views on Dealerware Web. You can also schedule personalized report views to be delivered to your email inbox on a set cadence.
Create a Personalized View
- Adjust the filters you want to apply every time you select the personalized view.
- To the left of the report filters, a text button will appear that says, "Save view." Select the button.
- Give the personalized view a distinct name and select the Save button.

Update an Existing View
- If you want to edit the filters on a personalized view, make sure the view is currently selected from the Views menu. The menu is located to the left of the report filters.
- Make the desired adjustments to the filters.
- Select the view name again to open the Views menu.
- There will be a text button next to the view name that says, "Update." Select the button to save your changes.
Change the Name of a Personalized View
- Open the Views menu by selecting the name of the current view, located to the left of the report filters.
- Select the Manage views option.
- A list of the views you've created will appear in a pop-up window. Select the name of the view to change it.
- Select the Save button.
Delete a Personalized View
- Open the Views menu by selecting the name of the current view, located to the left of the report filters.
- Select the Manage views option.
- A list of the views you've created will appear in a pop-up window. Select the Delete button next to the name of the view you want deleted.
- Select the Save button.
Switch Between the Default View and Personalized Views
- When you create a personalized view, the report will stay on that personalized view until you change the view selected.
- If you log out and log back in, the report will remember the last view you were using.
- Open the Views menu by selecting the name of the current view, located to the left of the report filters.
- Select the name of the view you'd like to use.
- To return to the default view, select Original Liveboard
