Dealerware Web offers a suite of reports to help you manage and optimize your fleet. You can learn how to export reports here. Available reports include:
Contracts: View customer, program, and scheduling details related to finished contracts.
Source of Business: A tab under the Contracts report. View all contract invoice line items by payer for finished contracts.
Remittance: Preview estimated reimbursements and download a breakdown of transactions by pricing category.
Service Advisor: View service advisor performance based on length of contract for closed contracts.
Unsettled: View finished-contract invoice balances incurred by customers and those designated to other sources of business (eg. additional payer)
Transactions: View details of all financial transactions processed in Dealerware, including successful and failed transactions.
Tolls: View details of all tolls incurred by your dealership (data applies only to locations using Dealerware Toll Services).
Vehicle Inventory: View historical details of all vehicles added to Dealerware, including current and disposed vehicles.
Vehicle Utilization: View VIN-level and contract-days utilization by calendar month.
