Overview
You can add up to two Additional Drivers during the Start-contract workflow in Dealerware Web. All drivers will be displayed on the Customer Agreement after the contract begins.
Add an Additional Driver to a Contract
- During the Start-contract workflow, navigate to Additional Driver Information
- Select + Add Another Driver
- Enter the customer's first and last name, mobile number, email address (optional for US customers, mandatory for Canadian customers), DL number & expiration date, date of birth (optional), country, and state
- Select Save
- Repeat the steps above to add another driver
*The customer will receive a text message (US) or email (Canada) containing their Agreement and receipt to the number/email entered during the Additional Driver workflow.
